Society of Civil War Families of Indiana Workshop to start meeting Thursday 3 Mar 2016, Vigo County Public Library, Room A, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST.

This work shop is for individuals interested in applying for membership in the Society of Civil War Families of Indiana (SCWFI), a lineage society to honor the memory of ancestor(s) who were in the Civil War of the United States (1861 - 1865).  Requirements for Memberships include submitting a well documented application of membership.  Attendees will work on their individual applications as the year goes onward with the goal of submitting a completed application that will be accepted and approved for SCWFI Membership on the initial attempt.Applications will be accepted from the SCWFI Committee until 31 Dec 2016.
